Updated 20 September 2026. This notice describes this marketing website, not the separate clinic software.

Enquiry information

When you submit a demo request, we store your name, WhatsApp number, business, selected package and any optional email or notes. We also record the page and campaign source supplied with your request so we can understand which enquiries our marketing generates.

How it is used

FAT Developers uses this information to respond, arrange demonstrations, prepare quotations and follow up on your enquiry. Our private sales workspace records enquiry stages, internal notes, follow-up dates and agreed quotation or sale amounts. An enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising messages.

Storage and notifications

Enquiries are stored using Netlify hosting services, including Blobs and Forms. A copy is sent through a form notification to FAT Developers’ business email. These providers may process information outside your country. Access to the sales workspace requires owner authentication. Failed notification delivery does not remove a saved enquiry.

Optional website measurement

If you choose Allow, we store a random session identifier in your browser’s session storage and record limited events: page visit, demo interactions, package selection, WhatsApp click and enquiry confirmation. No names, phone numbers or message contents are included in those events. Choosing No thanks disables this measurement. Your choice lasts for the tab’s session; closing it clears session storage. Hosting providers may independently process technical request logs for delivery and security.

WhatsApp and external software

WhatsApp links open a conversation you choose to send. External kiosk, display and counter links have their own access controls and processing. The public interactive preview on this website uses sample data and does not create patient tokens.

Your choices

Please do not provide patient information, passwords or payment details. Contact fatdeveloper@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry data. We keep enquiries while needed for follow-up and any resulting business relationship; you can ask us to stop follow-up or delete an enquiry.
